How long does it take to receive an order?

Boutique Collection: Shipping time is 3-10 business days in the USA.

International shipping: Varies based on destination. Typically, 7-18 business days for International.

Sass and Milli Collection & Shoes and bags: 10-30 business days. Varies based on destination.  

Do you provide tracking numbers for orders?

Yes, tracking numbers will be updated to your order once it has been shipped.

We assign a tracking number to each package, you'll know about your shipment's progress when it's scanned as it moves through the system.

Buyer Protection?

Orders that have not arrived within 48 business days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. We will choose the best shipping carrier for your order.

Where are you shipping your clothes from?

All Clothes and Phone Cases are shipped from our Southern California warehouse, located 30 minutes from Los Angeles. Some of the EU orders are shipped from our Riga - Latvia warehouse.

What is the quality of your product?

Our products are considered boutique quality.

Discounts?

Does not apply to Beauty products (clip-in hair extensions, magnetic eyelashes....), Phone Cases, Boutique Collection and to Customized Products, if not noted differently.

Returns

Not loving the look? No problem! We are pleased to offer a "No Questions Asked Return Policy!" If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase we will make it right. You can return any item within 7 days of receiving it. Returns must reach us no later than 30 working days from the date you receive the item, we will not accept returns after this time has passed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be careful while opening your box. We ask that items are in their original condition with tags intact. Shoes must be returned in their original box in the condition they were received.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

Our Professional Magnetic Eyelashes and Clip-in Hair Extensions (hygienic reasons).
Gift cards.
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery!!!!



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thecapitaldolls.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Payment Methods

We have multiple payment methods you can choose from based on your personal preference during checkout.

(1.) You can use Paypal, either with an existing account or as a guest with no registration required. Paypal takes all major credit cards. If you elect to use Paypal, your transaction will occur between you and Paypal only. We will never have any of your credit card information. When you check out, you will be taken directly to Paypal and the financial part of your transaction happens there, on their secure servers. They send us your order information, and money... but they never send us your confidential credit card information.

(2.) Or, you can use a credit card on our website, and your financial transaction will be processed by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Level 1. This is the most stringent level of security certification available. As with the other options, your credit card is never stored and is used only for the 1x transaction. Your credit card or any other confidential information is not retained. Depending on what browser you use, you may see the shopping cart page change to a secure Shopify.com URL. That's OK. You're safe within the Shopify security system and it will be an https:// address signifying your data is protected by Shopify.
